PORTFOLIO REVIEW REGISTRATION
Registration fees:
Registration fee for five one-on-one reviews:
As of May 5, 2010: $465 Includes a single-day festival pass to all exhibitions and daytime programming of the New York Photo Festival.
Before May 5, 2010: $415. Includes single-day festival pass to all exhibitions and daytime programming of the New York Photo Festival.
Student Rate: $315. Includes a single-day festival pass to all exhibitions and daytime programming of the New York Photo Festival. Valid student ID required at check-in: only a 2010 spring-semester photo ID or a copy of your spring 2010 class registration will be accepted.
Registration fee for three one-on-one reviews:

Before May 5, 2010: $265 Includes a single-day festival pass to all exhibitions and daytime programming of the New York Photo Festival.
Guaranteed Placement A reservation for a particular reviewer or for a guaranteed allotment for a particular day or series of days may be secured with an additional fee of $150. You will be assigned a Portfolio Review Concierge who will be your festival contact and will arrange your schedule for Portfolio Review Sessions and New York Photo Festival general and event attendance.

Terms & Conditions:
Please include payment with your application. The NYPH’10 Portfolio Review is being produced by powerHouse Books and the powerHouse Arena. Payment can be made by check, money order, or credit card. Please make checks payable to: POWERHOUSE ARENA. If you pay by credit card, your statement will reflect a debit from POWERHOUSE ARENA.
Registration is limited; applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive a confirmation email once your registration has been processed. Application is non-transferable.
It is the responsibility of each registered participant to sign up for the five review sessions that he is entitled to during the course of the four days of the portfolio review event. NYPH’10 and powerHouse Arena are not responsible for any unused review sessions.

Cancellation & Refunds:
We offer a full refund, less a $50 withdrawal fee, until April 30, 2010. No refund of any payments will be made for notifications after April 30 and for no-shows or for withdrawal after NYPH’10 portfolio review begins.
Liability:
All NYPH’10 Portfolio Review participants accept full responsibility for personal injury and/or personal losses during the period of the festival. Application and payment is acknowledgment of the terms and conditions outlined in this brochure.
Important note: NYPH and powerHouse Arena assume no liability for non-refundable airline tickets that cannot be used due to any segments of the festival being canceled or misprints in this brochure.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
From both the Manhattan Bridge & the Brooklyn Bridge, follow signs to
merge onto the I-278/Brooklyn-Queens Expressway. You want to be going
West and towards the Verrazano Bridge.
Once on the BQE, you will take exit 28: Cadman Plaza W. From here, turn
right on Front St. and left on Main St. The Arena will be on your right,
at the corner of Main St. & Water St.
