After working on his project GoNoGo, he followed immigrants, he wanted to do things differently. Less focus on the moment, more on focus on the subject. In is practise he changed the way of working, visible in new projects like So blue So blue and his last big assignment commissioned by the Rijksmuseum and the newspaper NRC Handelsblad about the Dutch army. He won a couple awards like the Visa d’Or, at the photojournalistic festival Visa pour l’Image in Perpignan France. His work appears not only in magazines, but also in exhibitions and in books.
